"Audit" can be a scary word, but auditing your records management program is important to ensure you are meeting your objectives and that your policies are being followed. This presentation will discuss how to set up and implement a records audit program within your organization.

Our featured speaker, Rebecca Conner, CRM has an undergraduate degree in History and American Studies from Skidmore College and a Master's Degree in Information and Library Studies from the University of Michigan. She has worked in the corporate, legal, and government sectors for more than twenty years. She currently serves as the Records Management Officer and Freedom of Information Act Officer for Amtrak. She resides in the Washington, DC area with her wife and two cats.
