Artificial Intelligence has permeated all facets of our world, including Records and Information Management.

Our speaker this evening, Ray Davis, is Records Management SME for Feith Systems and Software. He has been in the RIM/IG profession for more than thirty years. He started with Commerce Bank, a financial services organization headquartered in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Ray created Commerce Bank's RIM/IG program, which began as an in-house program servicing 28 locations in 4 states in 1991, and grew to a fully outsourced program servicing 1,200 locations from Maine to Florida by the time he left in 2009. He continues his career with Feith Systems and Software, located in Fort Washington, PA, marketing software to effectively manage physical and electronic records through the entire records management lifecycle.

Ray is the current Chapter President of the ARMA Keystone PA Chapter, which resulted from the merger of the ARMA Liberty Bell and Pittsburgh Chapters. He served on the Board of Trustees for the ARMA International Educational Foundation, and was also a Region Director for the ARMA Mid-Atlantic Region.
