From Chaos to Collaboration - Recordkeeping at the HRSA Office of Women's Health
Our speaker, Victoria Tims, CRM/FED, will share a presentation designed to show senior managers how a small office moved from organizational chaos to smooth collaboration. We will look at the progress the office has made since 2018 and show the value of selecting support staff that have a background in - or interest in learning - RIM.
Our Speaker: Victoria Tims has been working in records management in a full- or part-time capacity since 2014. She has worked in the private sector, federal contractor, federal government, local government, and non-profit spaces. Prior to moving to Maryland, she earned her Bachelor's degree with a dual Business major in Marketing and Management, with a minor in English Language and Literature from the University of South Carolina. More recently, she graduated Summa Cum Laude with an MLIS from the University of Maryland. She currently holds the CRM credential with the Federal specialist designation.
