In anticipation of the digitization deadlines imposed by M-19-21, CPSC worked to ensure that records were inventoried, scanned and digitally managed. These preparations put CPSC in a position to continue operations rather smoothly once the pandemic hit. This presentation will discuss how CPSC did that, and how the agency is moving forward in a hybrid environment.

Abioye (Abi) Mosheim is an Assistant General Counsel at the Consumer Product Safety Commission, where she focuses on FOIA, privacy, and records. She has a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and a BA in Music History and Theory from Mills College.
